Beginning Yoga

In-person. Unheated.

A six-week series of classes created to help you better understand postures, alignment and how to move your body safely. This is the perfect place to start for anyone looking to begin the practice of yoga or for those looking to grow their current practice by brushing up on the basics.

Wednesday 8:00-9:00 pm EST

Fluid Form

In-person or online.


This class emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. If you are taking this class at the West Hollywood studio, you will have the benefit of the instruction of the online instructor, along with the adjustments and assistance from the studio assistant instructor.
